ORIENTAL SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix salad ingredients. Before serving, mix salad dressing and pour over salad.
