ORIENTAL SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach (2 bags for more people)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon
3 or 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 bag bean sprouts
1 can Chinese noodles

FOR DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix all dressing ingredients except onion in pan. Bring to boil. Add onion and chill. Immediately before serving, pour dressing over salad ingredients.
