NOODLES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt

In large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir flour, oil, eggs, water and salt to make stiff dough. On lightly floured surface, knead dough until smooth and not sticky, about 20 times. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and let rest 20 minutes. Then roll out and let dry. Cut in strips.
