MEATBALLS FOR SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 lbs. lean hamburger
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, sieved
1/2 lb. soda crackers, crumbled
5 to 6 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
Splash of milk to soften mixture

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Roll into small meatballs. Drop uncooked meatballs into boiling sauce. Simmer sauce with meatballs 4 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
