7 UP SALAD 
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7 Up
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice
2 lg. bananas, sliced

Pour into flat dish, let chill until firm.

TOPPING:

1 c. pineapple juice (if not cup add water)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. butter

Mix and cook until thick. Let cool then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and 1 cup flaked coconut. Spread over base and sprinkle with nuts (chopped).
