BURGER PIZZA 
BISCUIT DOUGH:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk

BURGER FILLING:

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. water (rinse can)
Mozzarella cheese
Olives
Parmesan cheese

DOUGH: Sift together into a medium bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut shortening into the flour mixture. Add milk and stir with a fork only until dough cleans the side of the bowl. Turn dough out on a lightly floured board and knead 8 or 10 times. Roll dough out to make a circle about 12" in diameter. Fold over and place on a cookie sheet. Pinch up the edges to make a rim.
