CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients; chill. Serve on crisp lettuce.

Lemon juice: Heat lemons well before using; there will be twice the quantity of juice.
