STARVING ARTIST CHICKEN SALAD 
1 qt. chopped cooked chicken
1 lb. fresh seedless grapes, halved
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 pkg. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained (optional)

Mix lemon juice with mayonnaise. Add soy sauce and curry. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Toss gently and chill.
