LOW CHOLESTEROL SALMON PATTIES 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
2/3 c. oat bran cereal
1 med. onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and make out 8 patties. Spray pan with Pam and fry until crisp.
