BAHAMA CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. green grapes or Royal Ann cherries
1 c. whole pecans
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. mayonnaise, seasoned with lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt

Fold all ingredients together gently and top with more pecans. Let rest for several hours and serve on bed of lettuce leaves.
