BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Dill weed to taste (opt.)

Cook cauliflower to almost done; drain. Stir in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
