BANANA BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 extra ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Puree bananas in blender (1 cup). Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in blueberries and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in liquid mixture. Mix until just blended. Spoon batter into well greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 12.
