ROYAL OYSTERS 
12 oysters and shells or Ramekins
1 c. crab meat, flaked
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. dried minced onions
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried parsley

Shuck oysters, and wash and dry shells, or use 1 pint fresh oysters for ramekins. Mix crab with cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, sherry, mustard and parsley. Place 1 large oyster in shell or ramekin. Cover with crab stuffing and bake in hot 450 degree oven until slightly brown. Serve as appetizer or party fare.
