OYSTERS AUCOIN 
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
1 doz. shrimp, cooked and chopped
3/4 c. liquid from mushrooms and shrimp
2 doz. oysters on the half shell
Parmesan cheese
Crumbled bacon

Place butter and flour in skillet; cook, stirring constantly. Do not brown. Add garlic, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid. Add mushrooms and shrimp; stir to make sauce. Put oysters under broiler until the edges begin to curl up. Remove from heat and pour off liquid, be careful not to burn yourself. Add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of the sauce (enough to cover the oyster). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon pieces. Broil for another 5 to 8 minutes or until bubbly.
