OYSTER NEST 
1 c. cooked broccoli, chopped
Salt, pepper & nutmeg to taste
1 tsp. melted butter
24 oysters, drained
Lime juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. white wine
Milk
Grated Parmesan cheese

Season broccoli with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Blend in butter. Place in pie pan, top with oysters. Add dash of salt and lime juice. Mix mayonnaise with wine and enough milk to thin mixture slightly. Pour sauce over oysters, sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
