SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 qt. raw select oysters, drained
1/2 c. oyster juice
1 c. crackers, crumbled
2 c. bread crumbs, crumbled
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
1 tbsp. butter sprinkles

TOPPING:

1 c. crackers, crumbled
Parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Parmesan cheese

Blend ingredients except topping. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 30 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees; depending upon browness.
