CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
1 c. boiling water
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 pkg. milk chocolate instant pudding
1 3/4 c. milk
Confectioners sugar

Bring water, butter and salt to boiling point. Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture leaves sides of pan. Cool 20 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating each egg thoroughly before adding the next. Drop by rounded teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake 15 minutes longer. Before serving cut off tops. Fill with pudding, replace tops and sift on sugar.
