AVOCADO CRAB DIP | |
2 ripe avocados Juice of 1 lemon 1 lb. fresh or frozen crabmeat 2 tbsp.chili sauce 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped scallion 1 tbsp. capers 1/2 tsp. salt Black pepper Tortilla chips Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips. |
