CAULIFLOWER AND BACON SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 sm. red onion, sliced in thin rings
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. sugar

In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over salad. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (up to 14 hours). Toss before serving.
