STEAK DIANE 
1 lb. beef tenderloin (or breakfast steaks)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. mushrooms (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp. minced chives or green onions
1 clove garlic (crushed or pressed)
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Cook steaks in large fry pan over medium heat to desired doneness, turn once. Set aside. In a 1 quart saucepan; cook remaining ingredients (except parsley) until mushrooms are tender. Add parsley. Serve hot over steaks.
