STEAK DIANE FOR TWO 
3/4 lb. boneless, well trimmed, top sirloin, cut 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. minced green onions

Combine 2 tablespoons butter and mustard in hot skillet (about 350 degrees). Fry steak quickly on both sides, until nicely browned. Salt and pepper steak, and remove to warm platter.

Add remaining butter, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice to pan. Put heat on high and combine juices. Add onion and parsley at last minute. Pour over steak and serve immediately.
