SOUTHERN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meatballs in skillet. Place meatballs in casserole dish. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup water; pour over meatballs. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Pour over rice and serve.
