2 c. sugar
3/4 c. canned milk

Boil together 6 minutes. Melt 10 large marshmallows in double boiler with 1 stick butter. Pour above mixture over 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir until smooth, set in refrigerator until hard and cut. Very creamy.
