3 sm. pkgs. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk

In large bowl, put in chocolate chips, butter, walnuts and vanilla. Set aside. In large saucepan, bring to boil sugar and milk and let boil exactly 6 minutes. Pour hot mixture over ingredients in large bowl. Mix well until butter is melted. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. When cool, cut into squares. Best to let remain in pans until the next day.
