2 c. sugar
1 sm. can milk
10 marshmallows
A pinch of salt
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows and salt. Slowly let come to a boil and cook 6 minutes. Mix chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and chopped walnuts well and pour first ingredients over the top into a badder pan and let cool.
