2 c. granulated sugar
12-14 marshmallows
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

In saucepan, stir together sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk. Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour over the butter, nuts, chips and vanilla. Mix all together and pour into 7x11 pan. Refrigerate.
