2 c. sugar
1 sm. can milk
1 c. miniature marshmallows
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Cook sugar, milk and marshmallows. Bring to a rolling boil. Time and boil for six minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Pour in buttered 9"x9" pan.
