CHERRY TOMATOES SAUTE 
2 sm. onions, peeled, sliced & separated into rings
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. cherry tomatoes (1 1/2 pt.)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Saute onion rings with basil in butter just until soft in a medium-size frying pan. Add tomatoes; sprinkle with sugar and salt. Cook, tossing lightly once or twice, 2 to 3 minutes or just until tomato skins start to pop.
