ROCKY ROAD COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Gold Medal flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
About 4 dozen miniature marshmallows

Melt 1/2 cup of the chocolate morsels and the butter over low heat; cool. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix remaining chocolate morsels, the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, nuts and chocolate mixture. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.

Press a marshmallow into center of each. Bake 8 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
