ROCKY ROAD COOKIES 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
4 dozen miniature marshmallows

Melt 1/2 cup chocolate bits and the butter over low heat; cool. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix remaining chocolate morsels, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, nuts, and chocolate mixture. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Press a marshmallow into center of each. Bake 8 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger. Immediately remove from baking sheet. About 4 dozen.
