2 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. marshmallows
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, butter and evaporated milk. Bring mixture to boil; boil one minute. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and vanilla. Add oats and nuts. Stir until combined.

Drop by teaspoon onto paper lined baking sheet. Let cookies cool. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
