SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
8 chicken thighs
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
8 oz. Russian (Thousand Island) dressing
1 env. Lipton dry onion soup

Arrange chicken in pan. Blend together the preserves, dressing and dry soup. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture on each thigh. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Unused sauce mixture can be stored in refrigerator for a month or so.
