Chicken pieces of your choice or whole chicken
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 jar apricot preserves

Place chicken in bottom of casserole dish. Mix dressing, onion soup and preserves. Pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
