MOTHER'S DAY APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Russian salad dressing
1/2 c. packaged dry onion soup mix
Chicken, enough to fill 9 x 13 inch cake pan

Put together, mix and pour over chicken. Bake 1 hour or more. Can thicken this sauce with cornstarch and serve over rice.
