APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 fryers, cut in quarters
1 bottle Red Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (6 oz.) jar apricot jam or marmalade

Use a large roasting pan and line with aluminum foil. Spray foil well with any cooking spray. Place chicken in pan in a single layer. Mix dressing, soup, and marmalade and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/4 hours. If getting too dark, add a little water in pan and cover loosely with aluminum foil.
