SWEET POTATO CRISP 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar (dark)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
4 eggs

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Put in all ingredients and place in a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until set (about 30 minutes). Remove from oven and cover with topping. Return to oven for about 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

4 oz. butter, melted
3 c. corn flakes, slightly crushed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together and spoon on top of sweet potato mixture when it is called for.
