PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD 
7 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/3 c. water
2 c. (4 sticks) butter (melted)
5 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs (well beaten)
4 c. cooked pumpkin puree or 2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and set aside. In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. In large bowl, mix eggs with water until well blended. Add pumpkin, blend thoroughly. Blend in melted butter. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add pumpkin mixture. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Spoon into greased loaf pans and bake until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean - about 35 to 45 minutes. Remove loaves from pans and cool on rack.
