BOSTON BAKED BEANS 
6 c. navy beans
1 lb. bacon
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 c. molasses
1 sm. onion

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Soak beans overnight, drain and cover over with water. Bring to boil slowly. Simmer until beans burst when blown on in spoon. Drain. Dry and drain bacon. Gently combine all ingredients except onion. Push the onion into the middle. Cover the mixture with water if it needs more. Cook 8 hours at 250 degrees in oven. Add water if needed.
