BAKED PEACHES 
1 med. peach for each person (Firestone)
Brown sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Nutmeats

Wash and cut each peach in half. Remove peach stone. Place in a baking pan, cut side up. Sprinkle each with sugar-nutmeg-cinnamon. Place diced nutmeats in the center of each. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Serve with ice cream or whip cream, warm or cold.
