BAKED PEACHES 
5 to 6 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced (about 2 1/4 lbs.)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
1/3 c. butter

Place peaches in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; set aside. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. Yield: 6 servings.
