BAKED PEACHES 
6 lg. ripe peaches
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 c. brandy

1. Peel peaches and put into a glass baking dish.

2. Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, water, sugar, lemon juice, grated rind and brandy.

3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6.
