3 CHEESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. narrow noodles, cooked
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 chicken, cooked, deboned, diced
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
12 oz. cottage cheese
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onions and green peppers in butter, set aside. In large mixing bowl, mix soup, milk, onion, pepper, mushrooms, chicken and all 3 cheeses; save some Parmesan for top.

In 9x13 inch pan, layer half of noodles and half of chicken mixture. Repeat. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
