CHICKEN & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. macaroni, cooked & drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
2 1/2 c. milk
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs

In saucepan over medium heat, cook onion in butter until tender, stir in flour and bouillon. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves and sauce thickens. Add cheese and cook just until melted. Remove from heat.

In large bowl combine chicken and macaroni. Stir in sauce. Pour into lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and top is lightly browned. Serves 8.

Double - use large casserole or baking dish.
