BUTTERMILK LEMON PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3 egg yolks
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. lemon juice
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients in pan. Let cook while stirring until thickens. Pour into pie filling. Top with whipped meringue. Bake until lightly brown. 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
