BUTTERMILK LEMON PIE | |
3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. buttermilk 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell Beat eggs; add next 6 ingredients, and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; place foil over edges of crust and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until set. Let cool on a wire rack. Yield: 1 (9") pie. |
