BUTTERMILK LEMON PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Mix egg well. Add other ingredients; mix very well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes at 350-375 degrees depending on oven. I prefer 375 degrees.
