1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Combine flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add the beaten eggs; stir in butter and buttermilk; mix well. Add the lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
