3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/3 c. butter
2 pie shells

Beat eggs, add buttermilk and beat. Add other ingredients. Pour into pie shells and bake 35 minutes at 300 degrees.
