OLD FASHIONED BUTTERMILK PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
2 c. sugar
3 rounded tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
Dash of nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and eggs; beat well. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wire rack.
