BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold buttermilk
3 egg yolks beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream butter and sugar together. Add lemon juice, buttermilk and egg yolks. Combine dry ingredients. Add to mixture. blend. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with meringue and brown.
